BY SIGNING THE ENTRY FORM YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS
NH STATE LAWS REGARDING PARADE FLOAT SAFETY

Registrants must read and agree to the New Hampshire state laws regarding float safety.

  • No Float shall be higher than 12 feet or wider than 13 feet
  • No participants/Floats shall have any person(s) dressed as Santa Claus
  • All live animals will require a clean up person (scoop the poop!)
  • All final decisions on parade participants shall be decided by the Intown Manchester
  • Registered participants must also send a representative to a mandatory informational parade participant meeting to be announced at a later date.
  • Any changes in parade participant or types of entries must be made known to Intown Manchester prior to the week of November 20th, 2009. To report any changes call Samantha Appleton, Parade Organizer at 603.645.6285
  • Any items to be handed out to the public must not be thrown from floats or stands!!! All items must be given hand to hand as to prevent injury
  • Floats wishing to be judged must notify Intown Manchester prior to the day of the parade and fill out all appropriate paperwork.
  • Judges will base their decisions on 2 factors:
    • Originality
    • Attention to Detail
